CHEER YOU @P

CHEER YOU @P creates (and enhance the existing) local ecosystems for young women wishing to consolidate, sustain and expand their business ideas, including mentoring from experienced entrepreneurial women, professional support from youth workers and teachers and additional (community networking on both local and transnational level. The focus in CHEER YOU @P Learning, Teaching and Training Activities is on youth workers/teachers working with girls and young women (aged 18-30 years) having business ideas or being in the creation/ start-up phases of their business.

The overall learning objective of our entrepreneurship education is to provide participants with a deeper insight into (social) entrepreneurship business modelling. Participants shall learn to independently create approaches to solve complex problems, based on sound market research and analysis. A further objective is to foster creative skills by developing a business idea from scratch & receiving continuous feedback from peers and trainers. The final learning objective is addressed by the online platform tool format which asks the students to orientate, engage and exchange themselves in interactive online learning scenarios. In each country there will be trainers available to do online facilitation, mentoring and coaching throughout the learning process.
